He was born on May 7, 1977, in Isparta. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Isparta and obtained his medical degree from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 2001.

From 2002 to 2003, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Pathology at Kartal Education and Research Hospital. Between 2003 and 2008, he completed his residency in the Department of Radiology at İzmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. During this period, he focused particularly on interventional radiology and prepared his thesis on endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms.

From 2008 to 2010, he served as a specialist doctor and department head at Şanlıurfa Education and Research Hospital, and from 2010 to 2012, he worked as a radiology specialist at İzmir Özel Kent Hospital.

From 2012 to 2013, he worked in a private clinic and hospital in Antalya, focusing on non-surgical interventional procedures, particularly for varicose veins.

Since early 2014, he has continued to work at İzmir Sonomed/Sononükleer Special Diagnosis and Treatment Center.
